The "Universities Specializing in Selected Fields Project" has been initiated for universities that have departments and programs that have come to the fore with their expertise in a particular field of science to be supported by the higher education ecosystem, to develop qualified human resources, and to increase qualified scientific outputs at the international level.
In the project, 43 state universities and 78 foundation universities were taken into consideration, and as a result of the evaluations, it was decided by the Council of Higher Education to assign a "priority field" mission to the relevant departments or programs of 25 state and foundation universities in 15 fields of science.
Our University, one of the 25 selected universities, was selected as the "University Specializing in Digital Social Sciences".
