“Aesthetics Includes Every Beautiful Pursuit”

Speaking at the Ibn Haldun Academy Award Ceremony, our Chairman of the Board of Trustees Prof. Dr. İrfan Gündüz said that all kinds of good work that is done to impress the one who sees or hears is included in aesthetics. Expressing that he believes that every Muslim has a diplomatic responsibility, Prof. Dr. Gündüz emphasized that whatever work is being done, it should be done well.

“The Brightest Minds Among Us Should Consider These Issues”

Our Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Necmeddin Bilal Erdoğan, also stated in his speech that the most successful students in Turkey generally choose the fields of medicine and engineering. Erdoğan said, "However, if we are going to talk about the issues of the society and find solutions to the problems of society, then the brightest minds among us must contemplate about these issues. We have experienced that from time to time in the history of Islam and we still read the books of scholars who produced important works at that time. Again, we need to increase the number of people who have this kind of idea, and Ibn Haldun University aspires to those young people."

“We Must Understand Current Issues Profoundly and Be Prepared for the Future”

Our Rector Prof. Dr. Atilla Arkan stated that they attach importance to three ideas as the mission of the university and said: "The first is to convey the historical background that builds identity and to protect and present it. This is undoubtedly the most important issue a university should do. The second is to understand deeply the problems of the world they live in, and the third is to prepare our students, institutions and state for the future, especially in this world where change is happening so fast.
