On Thursday, March 6, we had the honor of hosting Minister of Youth and Sports Dr. Osman Aşkın Bak at the iftar program held at our University Student Center. The program was attended by our Chairman of the Board of Trustees Prof. İrfan Gündüz, our Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees Bilal Erdoğan, as well as our university's academic and administrative staff and students.
The Ministry of Youth and Sports is organizing iftar programs under the name “Campus Iftars” for university students this year. Speaking at the iftar program held at our university, Minister Bak emphasized the academic structure and uniqueness of Ibn Haldun University, stating: “Ibn Haldun University is a boutique university. It has very valuable professors. With its valuable administration and students, it is a special university. It will hold an important place with the social work it will carry out. I would like to thank everyone who contributed to bringing this foundation university to this point, especially our President.”
Minister Bak also gave advice to the students, encouraging them not to hesitate to push their potential and to chase their dreams. He concluded his speech with Ramadan greetings and best wishes.
