The Administrative Staff Consultation and Evaluation Camp was held on the Island of Democracy and Freedom between September 6-8 with the participation of all our administrative staff.
In the first of the 2024 Consultation and Evaluation Camps, Necmeddin Bilal Erdoğan, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and Prof. Atilla Arkan, Rector, delivered welcoming speeches.
In his welcoming speeches, Necmeddin Bilal Erdoğan stated that the issues that need improvement are regularly discussed on the table and that they observe that the problems communicated to the University administration are decreasing every year. Erdoğan mentioned that our University has risen on a solid foundation in the years since its establishment and emphasized the importance of developing as an international university in the future.
After Erdoğan, our Rector Prof. Atilla Arkan made opening speeches at the camp and emphasized that we aim to be an institution that raises qualified people of our country and can build the future. Prof. Arkan talked about the importance of Ibn Haldun University, an institution that is united, has strong communication networks and produces, opening its heart and mind to different cultures in an increasingly globalized world. The first day of the camp ended after the Process Improvement Suggestions session.
The second day of the camp started with the opening speeches of our Secretary General Sebahattin Belik. The second day sessions continued with presentations by our administrative unit managers and a workshop on "Mastering Positive Approach and Dialogue", and the last session of the second day was dedicated to the quiz event organized by the Administrative Staff Club.
The 2024 Administrative Staff Consultation and Evaluation Camp ended on Sunday, September 6, after the evaluation of the camp by our Rector Prof. Atilla Arkan and the presentation of congratulatory certificates to our staff who received seniority in the new year.
