The conference started with the opening speeches of Haydar Aliyev Center for Eurasian Studies (HACE) Director Prof. Dr. Yaşar Sarı, Chairman of Baku International Relations Analysis Center, Dr. Farid Şafiyev, Consul General of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Istanbul Nermine Mustafayeva, Our Rector Prof. Dr. Atilla Arkan and our Chairman of the Board of Trustees Prof. Dr. İrfan Gündüz.
After the opening speeches, the program continued throughout the day in four separate sessions, namely the protocol, diplomacy, security and economy sessions. In these sessions, many different experts and scholars gave conferences.
