An Academic Leadership Workshop was held on December 1, 2023 at the Media and Events Center Event Hall with the active participation of our academics from the faculties of Educational Sciences, Law, Communication, Humanities and Social Sciences, Islamic Sciences and Management Sciences. In the workshop, which aims to develop a proactive understanding and strong leadership skills in order for our University to achieve its goals in a rapidly changing world, the principles of academic leadership were discussed in all its dimensions on the axis of mutual negotiations and consultations of academics.
In addition to the workshop sessions where many topics such as leadership in the VUCA world, corporate culture and values, leadership dynamics, ecosystem development and ethics were discussed comprehensively by our academicians, activities such as "Discussing the Impact of Artificial Intelligence in terms of VUCA components", "Change/Transformation Management" and "Effective Leadership Checklist" test and group work were also held.
The workshop ended after the evaluation session.
