Our university hosted Mr. Fulvio Mastrogiovanni, Deputy Chancellor for International Affairs and Mr. Andrea Previtera, International Office, from the University of Genoa at the main campus to discuss areas of cooperation, and opportunities for collaboration between our two institutions. The meeting was attended by Professor Dr. Attila Arkan, President, Professor. Dr. Ali Yeşilırmak, Vice-President, Professor Dr. Mustafa Kemal Yılmaz, Professor Dr. Alev Erkilet, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Aslan, Head of Political Science and International Relations Department, and our International Office team.
During the fruitful meeting, common areas of cooperation were discussed, as well as positive talks to formalize a partnership.
Established in 1481, the University of Genoa is one of the largest universities in Italy, with around 40000 students, 10% of whom are international students.
