Dear academicians;
Our 2023 Academic Staff Discussion and Evaluation Camp will be held on 15-17 September on the Island of Democracy and Freedom. Families will not attend the camp and only individual participation of our precious academics is expected.
For camp participation, you must fill out the form below until 5 pm on Tuesday, 5th September.
Although participation in the camp is compulsory, those who will report an excuse can fill in the relevant field on the form.

Note:
- On Friday 15 September, transfer to the island will be provided by a boat departing from Bakırköy Pier. On Sunday 17 September, the return will be made to the same pier. Our round-trip shuttles depart/arrive from Bakırköy Pier.
Apart from this, for those who want to go to/return from the island by their own means, there is no other means of transport except for Water Taxi.
- Only one person will stay in each room.
- In the hotel, open buffet and coffee breaks in the morning, noon and evening and the use of Turkish bath, sauna and pool will be offered free of charge within the camp. Cafeteria services (except coffee breaks) and other SPA services and minibar use are subject to extra charge.
